Hi, I’m Michelle Dowell-Vest, Sr. VP of Production with The Closing Authority. My career brings together more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience and 10 years in nonprofit executive leadership. That combination allows me to approach every client relationship with both technical expertise and a people-first mindset.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped clients secure the right financing for purchases, refinances, investment properties, and specialty loan programs. My nonprofit background sharpened my ability to listen deeply, build trust, and create solutions that meet people where they are. These values continue to guide the way I work today.
